Why we can't run off with your funds.
A traditional exchange takes custody of your crypto the moment you deposit, holds it in a pooled wallet, and gives you an IOU on their internal ledger. SwapNow works differently.
One-time deposit address
Every swap generates a fresh deposit address tied only to that specific transaction. Funds sent to it are earmarked for a single, pre-signed swap route.
Routed through liquidity venues
Our router forwards the deposit into the deepest available on-chain venue — DEX aggregators, bridges, and vetted market makers — using the pair and amount you selected.
Delivered to your wallet
The output is sent directly to the destination address you provided. SwapNow never controls a pooled treasury of user balances, so there's nothing to freeze, lend, or lose.
How we protect the surface we do control.
Transport & data encryption
All traffic is served over TLS 1.3 with HSTS. Sensitive data at rest (email, refund addresses, session tokens) is encrypted using AES-256 on managed infrastructure. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id — we never store plaintext credentials.
Fund handling
Deposit addresses are provisioned via HSM-backed hot signers with short-lived, per-swap keys. There is no shared user hot wallet — the pool of at-risk funds at any moment is only the swaps currently in flight.
Audits & monitoring
Independent third-party penetration tests are conducted annually (most recent: Q1 2025 by Halborn). Continuous vulnerability scanning, on-chain monitoring, and 24/7 SOC coverage flag anomalies within minutes.
Responsible disclosure
We run a coordinated disclosure program. Report vulnerabilities to security@swap-now.io (PGP key available). Valid, in-scope findings are eligible for bounties ranging from $250 to $25,000 based on severity.
