What is SwapNow?+
SwapNow is a non-custodial crypto exchange. We connect liquidity sources so you can swap one cryptocurrency for another in a single transaction, without holding your funds at any point.
Do I need to register?+
No. The exchange works without an account. Optional accounts unlock swap history, favorite coins, email notifications, and API keys.
How long does a swap take?+
Most swaps complete in 5–20 minutes. The exact time depends on the source network's block time and confirmation requirements.
Floating vs. fixed rate — which should I pick?+
Floating: best market price at execution time, slightly variable. Fixed: rate is locked for 10 minutes for a small premium. Pick fixed when you need certainty, floating when you want the best price.
What fees do you charge?+
A flat 0.25% service fee on floating rates. Fixed rates carry a small premium baked into the quote. You also pay the source network's miner / gas fee.
Is there a minimum amount?+
The minimum depends on the asset and its current network fees. You'll see the minimum directly in the swap widget if your amount is too low.
Why can't I buy crypto with a credit card here?+
SwapNow is exclusively crypto-to-crypto. We don't process fiat payments — no cards, no bank transfers, no Apple/Google Pay.
What if my swap fails?+
If a swap can't be completed, funds are returned to the refund address you provided. If you didn't provide one, our support team will help recover them.
