SwapNow provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. By using SwapNow you agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to swap only assets you legitimately own, and to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We do not provide investment advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you bear all risk of price movements between the time you initiate a swap and the time it settles on chain.
We do not custody your funds at any point. Swaps are atomic exchanges between wallet addresses you control and our liquidity providers. If a swap cannot be completed, funds are returned to the refund address you provided.
